Requirements:

- Strong experience in Database design, programming and scripting.
- Solid experience developing AJAX-enabled web applications.
- Experience building web applications in PHP, SQL, mySQL.
- Solid grasp of cross-browser, object-oriented JavaScript.
- Knowleble in XML, SOAP, and REST for integrating with other web services.
- Experience coding standards-compliant semantic markup in XHTML/CSS. You pride yourself in using best practices when writing clean, optimized code.
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as jQuery, YUI, prototype, dojo, etc. or equivalents.
- 3-5 years of extensive experience in developing web applications.
- Sysadmin-level skills configuring Linux/Apache, Windows, and mySQL.
- Have built a database-backed website all by yourself, or with a very small group
- Good instincts for making usable, intuitive user interfaces
- Possess creative ability inventing web features and the knowledge on how to code them.
- Enjoys learning new technologies.
- Good English communication skills.
- BS Computer Science or equivalent technical Degree (Math, Electrical Engineering, etc.) and work experience.

Not required but nice to have:
- Excellent Web Design and Graphic Design Skills.
- Experience in building FireFox using XPCOM and XUL.
- Experience building web 2.0 style apps
- Experience with Ruby on Rails or similar frameworks
- MS Computer Science
