• Female
• 25-40 years old
• With a minimum of 3 years experience in banking and finance management/ supervision
• Has the ability to demonstrate advanced business knowledge
• Has strong leadership skills and ability to embrace change
• Has a proven sales success, strong sales background and supervision and has demonstrated sustained financing growth in an aggressive, team- oriented and goal- driven environment
• Has excellent customer service skills, strong relationship building skills and experience to leverage customer and community relationship
• With excellent Communication Skills
• A holder of Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy and Management or any related field, CPA licensed is preferred
• Computer literate (Word, Excel, Power Point)
