We are a Business Process Outsourcing firm looking for honest, driven, skilled and smart individuals who have:

-Solid IT Background and excellent Hardware, Software and networking trouble shooting skills

-Proficiency in Microsoft Operating system and Networking(Home and Office), Window domain network, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Office Exchange

-knowledge in VPN (novel or CISCO)

-Preferably with call center experience providing IT support

-Strong customer service orientation

-Excellent english communication skills

-willingness to work graveyard shift

-MCSE certification a plus
