Bachelor's degree in any field
At least 1 year experience in training/handling trainers
Must have experience in technical project management
Excellent communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office Applications
Must be willing to be assigned in shifting schedules
Microsoft Certified Professional, Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, or Microsoft Certified Trainer, an advantage
