Male; the candidate should no more than 35 years old. He should be a licensed Mechanical Engineer. With at least 3-5 years experience in maintenance management in a manufacturing setting in a supervisory level. Excellent leadership and planning skills. Have strong values on integrity and on passion for excellence and responsibility.
Must have excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.High level of competence in statistical analysis and technical report preparation an advantage; must be computer literate.
