- Female, not more than 35 years old
- Psychology or Human Resource Management graduate
- With at least one year experience in all aspects of human resource management.
- Good in oral and written communication skills
- Possess leadership skills and can interact well with people across all levels within the organization
- Working knowledge in labor law is an advantage
