RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage local team of HR generalists performing functional duties and make improvements where needed
Create timely and more robust and rich HR reporting for Senior Management
Actively improve employee retention and reporting on new hire and attrition statistics
Draft and implement a balanced performance appraisal system with metrics that are in-line with company operational goals.
Perform compensation surveys for executive and staff level pay and implement within the organization
REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree or Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
Required skill(s):
Strong analytical skills, attention to details, management skills.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
